The current study included interpretations of the three-dimensional seismic survey data of the Merjan oilfield, which was implemented by the First Seismic crew of the Oil Exploration Company (OEC) in 2012. The survey has covered an area to 1026.17 km².The Hartha reflector, target of this study, has been picked, interpreted, and tracked within the region as representing the main reservoir. The faults affecting this reflector were captured. The aim of study is to update the structural image of the Hartha Formation in the Marjan field based on 3D seismic data and using seismic attributes to illustrate faults.. According to the two way time map, the study area is a structural nose with dimensions 18 km lenght, 10 km width, and an area 180 km2 that extends from the southeast to the northwest. The velocity map shows that the velocity values a generally increase in the southeast directions and decrease in the northwest direction of the study area .The depth map displays the layers' dip toward the east, where the values of depth levels increase in these directions and decrease towards the west. Structural interpretation revealed a prominent structural nose and several normal faults trending N-S and NW-SE.
